Twin Lakes Camp is Owned and Operated by the Indiana Regular Baptist Youth Camp. The IRBYC is an independent corporation, and was established as a non-profit organization under Internal Revenue Code section 501 (c)(3).

The IRYBC was begun by the IFRBC in 1950 and has ran Crystal Lake and Beachwood Lake camps.

Currently, the IRBYC owns and operates just one camp, Twin Lakes Camp & Conference Center.

The IRBYC is ran by a board of men who all are members of IFRBC churches. The board is made up of both laymen and pastors.

 

The current board consists of:

· Bill Martin, chairman (Bethel Baptist, Crown Point)

· John Kinney (Heather Hills Baptist, Indianapolis)

· Steve Busch (Bethesda Baptist, Brownsburg)

· Rick Gikas (Faith Baptist Church, Valparaiso)

· Pastor Doug Schroeder (Emmanuel Baptist Church, Bloomington)

· Joe Steward (First Baptist, Plainfield)

· Steve Terpstra (University Heights Baptist Church, Indianapolis)

· Dean Zimmerman (Kossuth St. Baptist, Lafayette)

· Dan Johnson, IFRBC State Representative

· Jon Beight, Executive Director
